Amazing weather, amazing climbing and an amazing day!

Once we drove through the morning inversion it was wall to wall sunshine and perfect frozen snow all day.
We walked in on grippy firm snow and climbed the fun ground to the right of Jacob's Ladder. It was the most perfect snow ice all the way to the plateau for our scenic lunch in the sun.
Despite the perfect weather and great climbing conditions it was very quiet in Coire an t-Sneachda and on the Mess of Pottage. A team on the Message (hope they retrieved their dropped BD axe!) and another on the Haston Line and Hidden Chimney (hope they retrieved their dropped gear!) and that was it.
The guys are snowholing over the next few days with Fi on Ben MacDui and the weather looks perfect for that too!
