21st Jan 20118 - An early start with Mary to get into the ski car park and head in to Coire an t-Sneachda before the the forecast heavy snow and winds arrived just after mid-day.
Snow conditions were surprisingly good and it was only on the last pitch that we became aware of the rivers and blasts of spindrift and deteriorating weather.
We quickly packed then headed down off the plateau to get out of the wind and back to car as viz became poor with periods of whiteout.
