Wild, mild and very windy, but really great for sliding and an ideal intro to winter skills for Adam and Lucy. Sheltered from the winds we covered everything from clothing and equipment, step kicking, self belays, ice axe arrest techniques, step cutting, cramponing, weather and avalanche awareness and a whole lot more!
